Waukesha-Pearce Industries (WPI) is seeking a Field Compressor Technician for the Odessa/Midland area, working on a 14/14 rotation. Responsibilities include major repair work on gas engines and compressors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and performing preventative maintenance. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in gas compressors.

The Field Compressor Technician rotates on a 14/14 schedule servicing the Odessa/Midland area. The FCT works alongside a master/journeyman technician while performing major work on assigned jobs. Promote good attitudes and aesthetics that are represented at WPI. Lead small minor repair or service jobs on natural gas engines and compressors. Daily communication with the Regional Field Service Manager and master/journeyman regarding progress or any special circumstances that could delay completion. Promote safe work practices and ensure that JSA and all HSE requirements for the job are followed.
