Job summary

The Florida Department of Health seeks a Management Analyst to monitor and review Child Care Food Program contractors, providing technical assistance, training, and guidance within a multi-county Florida region.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; a master's can substitute for one year. Travel across counties is expected. This is a highly responsible independent position with supervision from the Southern Regional Supervisor and strict reporting timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of professional related experience required.
• Master's degree can substitute for one year of required experience.
• Professional or non-professional related experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for education.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review contractors' program compliance within a defined Florida region and complete reports within deadlines.
• Provide technical assistance, training and guidance to contractors; act as liaison between contractors and the program office.
• Assist contractors in applications, review for accuracy, and forward to the Department for approval.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
