Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing compliance testing or inspections on petroleum storage and dispensing systems.
• Familiarity with EPA UST/AST regulations and SPCC plans.
• Experience handling regulatory documentation and test reports.
• Comfort with testing equipment such as line testers and conductivity meters.
• Background in fieldwork, independent scheduling and time management.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve compliance deficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing, inspections, and monitoring of petroleum storage and dispensing systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including EPA and fire code requirements.
• Perform annual, periodic, and post-repair compliance testing.
• Inspect and verify leak detection, interstitial monitoring, and vapor recovery systems.
• Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and permits.
• Collaborate with service technicians to identify and correct non-compliant conditions.
• Stay up to date with changing environmental regulations and testing procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure reliability.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all company policies.
