Job summary

Marcurius Multi‑Mission Solutions in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Communications Technician to support hands‑on integration, configuration, testing, and maintenance of communications systems across unmanned platforms.

You will work with LOS/BLOS links, tactical radios, SATCOM, cellular connectivity, secure networks, and C2 systems, collaborating with engineering teams to install and validate communications equipment for operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with communications systems, RF or related technical work.
• Experience installing, configuring, testing, or troubleshooting communications equipment.
• Understanding of RF fundamentals, IP networking, LOS/BLOS, and system integration.
• Degree or equivalent in Communications, RF, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field, or military training; security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and installation of communications systems across unmanned platforms.
• Configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain tactical radios, SATCOM terminals, cellular routers, and secure networks.
• Support LOS and BLOS communications, mesh networking, LTE/5G, SATCOM, and other pathways.
• Assist with RF hardware, antennas, cabling, networking, and interfaces.
• Maintain system diagrams, configurations, and test records.
• Support resilience measures including redundancy and interference mitigation.
