Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled as rising Junior or Senior in Communications or related field
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong decision making and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Proven dependability and reliability
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Experience with email marketing and content management preferred

Responsibilities

• Create the weekly eNewsletter and publish to the Field
• Collaborate with marketing, product managers, and content contributors to edit and refine articles for the weekly eNewsletter
• Write educational articles for weekly eNewsletter
• Create educational materials to be housed on the sales enablement platform
• Review and ensure consistency across the sales enablement platform (e.g., links, pages, document naming, brand standards)
• Assist with other communication projects
• Update tracking spreadsheet for managing review of documents and pages on the sales enablement platform
• Track readership of the weekly eNewsletter
• Other duties as assigned
