Job summary

Future Technologies Venture, LLC is seeking a technician to handle the daily operations, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and testing of communications equipment supporting SCADA and wireless networks for the West Texas region.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred) and at least three years of prior experience, with a focus on reliable data collection and transmission in a field environment.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of previous experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of communications and wireless network equipment for reliable collection.
• Transfer of measurement and real-time related data to the customer polling systems.
• RF and low voltage electrical work that involves transmitters, RTU/EFM, radios, antenna systems.
• Tower infrastructure and other wireless communication devices.
• These basic responsibilities related to wireless communications and telemetry will be supported with standardized processes and procedures.
