RDSolutions is hiring a Field Representative to support store-based projects with flexible shifts suited for students. No prior experience is required, and training is provided to ensure you understand expectations.

You’ll receive paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, with a guaranteed minimum pay and upside as you gain proficiency. The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and physical stamina to handle shifts, including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for periods.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with required detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators and freezers where items are collected.
