Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative in Fort Scott, KS, offering flexible schedules and no experience required. This role is ideal for students who need to balance studies with work, as you can work within the store's open hours and adjust shifts.

As a part-time team member you will complete initial training, receive mileage reimbursement, and enjoy a minimum guaranteed pay with upside based on productivity. Dress is casual and independence is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers during some projects.
