Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative in Kentucky with flexible schedules and no prior experience required. You will work within store hours, complete assigned field tasks, and learn through a comprehensive training program.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. The role offers a productivity-based pay structure with a guaranteed minimum and growth opportunities.

• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
