Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking flexible, independent workers for a side hustle and delivery/driver style gigs. You can choose when to work and how much you earn, with detailed training to maximize efficiency in each store you service.

You control your hours, collect assignments via a pricing app, and earn money by completing tasks. A guaranteed hourly minimum may apply in wage-floor areas, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks at multiple stores within client programs.
• Follow preplanned routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of hours and mileage for reimbursements.
• Provide friendly, reliable service while adhering to safety requirements.
