Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Research Associate to work on flexible, independent schedules across store projects. Earn by collecting items, with training provided to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

A guaranteed hourly minimum may apply in some areas, and drivers will have control over earnings within a client window. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Independently collect items and drive between locations.
• Complete assignments on time with accuracy.

• Maintain safety and reliability during all shifts.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
