Qualifications

• Understand local building codes and current construction procedures/technology.
• Interpret codes in the field and provide code-compliant solutions.
• Perform Rental Housing inspections in accordance with municipal ordinances and regulations.
• Report violations and maintain files/records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
