Job Summary

Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clears dirty tables and resets them promptly.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations, including silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Serves guests beverages, breads, and butter; assists with food and beverage service.
• Transports dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Performs cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Folds napkins to maintain supply.
• Replenishes condiments and restocks side stands.
• Handles guest requests, greets and seats guests, and performs other duties as needed.
