Job description

Job Title: Busser

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Constantly provides customers with accurate information about the venue and property as well as entertainment offered in each.
2. Sets and resets tables according to standard before, during and after service.
3. Welcomes all customers to the venue professionally and courteously, according to the established venue sequence of service.
4. Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate customer needs and other team members when the opportunity arises.
5. Communicates with management, and all other service staff to rectify any and all customer needs, comments or incidents.
6. Cleans all spills immediately, notifying other staff members and using appropriate signage when necessary.
7. Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.
8. Complies with all state and federal liquor laws.
9. Ensures a clean and safe work environment that is in compliance with the Health Department codes at all times.
10. Performs basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
11. Adheres to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
12. Attends staff meetings, morning meetings, and other meetings as requested.
13. Performs all other duties as requested.

Must Have Personal Qualifications:

1. Must be 16 years of age or older to apply.
2. Must be flexible to work hours determined by business levels and needs of the Food & Beverage outlets, including weekends, early mornings, late evenings, and holidays.
