Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and active vehicle insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical support for patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device utilization, and patient follow-up for SPR products.
• Attends patient device implants and conducts follow-up to ensure successful implantation experience.
• Provides external staff education on bandage changes and other product specifications.
• Supports sales reps by meeting with existing and potential clients to discuss clinical needs and demonstrations of SPR products.
• Maintains Salesforce documentation and ensures availability of clinical literature and marketing collateral.
