Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in the Philadelphia area. The role partners with local Account Managers to provide clinical support and education in hospital settings, developing and leading training sessions to enhance clinical acumen.

Qualifications include an Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline and at least 3 years in cath lab or similar clinical environments. Expect up to 80% travel, occasional overnight, and on-call nights/weekends as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience in a cath lab, nursing, or comparable clinical environment.
• Excellent command of English with written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Comprehensive computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and ability to develop presentation materials.

Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology

Travel up to 80% of the time - both locally and regionally, and occasionally overnight.

Night/weekend on call per preplanned scheduled.

Must be open to a dynamic work environment which includes regular interaction with several different physician and hospital staff customers in several locations.

Must have desire to participate in a healthcare team in the treatment of patients and anticipate needs of others.

Excellent command of the English language with comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

Comprehensive computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office with ability to develop presentation materials.

130,000.00 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
