Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in Illinois to educate physicians on Inari device handling, support training programs, and identify therapy adoption opportunities. The role requires clinical expertise and strong communication, with travel up to 80% across local and regional sites.

The candidate should have an Associates degree in nursing or related clinical field, 3+ years in cath lab or similar setting, and robust cardiovascular knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of equivalent experience in a cath lab, nursing, or comparable clinical environment.
• Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology and physiology.
• Strong clinical acumen is required.
• Understanding of sales process is a plus.
• Travel up to 80% of the time – local and regional, occasional overnight.
• Night/weekend on call per preplanned schedule.
• Excellent command of English with strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service education in hospital settings.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as a clinical interface between medical community and Stryker.
• Demonstrate ability to build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide education and clinical support in response to complex field inquiries.
• Demonstrate understanding of Inari products, related products, and technical trends.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on device features and new development.
• Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
