Job summary

SPR Therapeutics Inc is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in the Springfield, MO area to support the Sales team with technical, clinical, and educational training. The role involves patient demonstrations, implants follow-up, and collaboration with ASRs and RSMs to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field.
• 3-5 years of related clinical support experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in patient selection, device utilization and follow-up.
• Attend patient device implants and perform follow-up to ensure successful implantation.
• Provide external staff education on bandage changes and product specs.
• Support sales reps by meeting with clients to discuss clinical needs and demonstrate SPR products.
• Ensure facilities have clinical literature and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate training for physicians and hospital staff via in-person and remote sessions.
• Manage patient documentation and data collection in Salesforce.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SPR products and competitive techniques.
