BIOTRONIK in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting within the territory. You will partner with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, effective use of BIOTRONIK technologies and deliver engaging clinical education and in-service training to customers.

The role requires travel up to 80% of the time, on-call 24/7 rotation, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or related field with 3+ years in cath/EP lab or pacing/CRM environment.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work independently.
• Professional presence with strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
• Partner closely with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe and effective use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
• Deliver engaging clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource within your territory by supporting high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologies.
• Accurately document clinical activities, including implants and follow-ups.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 territory coverage.
• Travel within and outside your territory as needed to support customers and business needs.
