Job summary

Medtronic in New Jersey is seeking a field-based Clinical Specialist to support Cardiac Rhythm Management therapies. The role requires residence within the territory and approximately 80% travel to hospitals and clinics.

You will provide clinical and technical support, educate staff, coordinate territory activities, and collaborate with sales to meet objectives. Weekend, holiday, and some after-hours coverage may be required. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in healthcare, field sales, or related roles.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and some after-hours coverage.
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support for CRM devices and therapies, including device interrogations and troubleshooting.
• Educate healthcare professionals and field partners on CRM products and patient management solutions.
• Coordinate territory operational activities, including patient documentation and inventory management.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify customer needs and support territory objectives.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support clinics, hospitals, and customer accounts.
