Avir Trilogy is seeking a Field Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator to provide hands-on MDS and reimbursement support across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Texas. The role emphasizes on-site presence, collaboration with facility teams, and rapid response to operational needs.

The ideal candidate brings strong MDS 3.0, PDPM, and Medicare Part A knowledge, plus excellent documentation skills. Extensive travel and four facility-facing days per week are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2–3 years of skilled nursing MDS experience.
• Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, PDPM, and Medicare Part A.
• Ability to review, edit, and improve clinical documentation for reimbursement.
• Willingness to travel extensively and be facility-facing four days per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct MDS and reimbursement support to assigned SNFs.
• Assist with MDS assessments due to vacancies or workload.
• Review assessments for accuracy and supporting documentation.
• Support PDPM-LTC reimbursement processes.
• Conduct focused MDS and reimbursement audits as needed.
• Educate and coach MDS Coordinators and facility staff.
