Job summary

Mindray North America seeks a Clinical Educator to deliver high-quality clinical education, product training, and implementation support for patient monitoring solutions across acute care environments. This field-based role partners with healthcare providers to ensure confident adoption and long-term success.

The ideal candidate is an RN with strong clinical expertise, capable of adapting training to diverse care settings, and comfortable managing a dynamic travel schedule.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license from an accredited institution.
• BSN preferred; alternate nursing degree accepted with 5+ years of nursing experience.
• 2-3 years of active nursing experience using cardiac monitoring in acute care settings.
• Strong knowledge of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan-Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-services across the full patient monitoring portfolio, tailoring education to customer workflows, clinical environments, and learning needs.
• Provide hands-on clinical application training across hospital departments and care settings.
• Assess education needs across nursing units and specialties and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Support system installations by identifying customer workflows and configuration needs; provide on-site support during go-live events.
