Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking a Clinical Educator to deliver high-quality clinical education, product training, and implementation support for patient monitoring solutions across acute care environments.

This is a highly customer-facing, field-based role that partners closely with healthcare providers to ensure confident adoption, effective use, and long-term success with Mindray patient monitoring technology.

Qualifications

• RN license is required or active license from accredited institution
• BSN preferred; alternate nursing degree accepted with 5+ years of nursing experience
• Experience educating other nurses through staff development or formal training programs is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-services across the full patient monitoring portfolio
• Provide hands-on clinical training across hospital departments
• Assess education needs across nursing units and adjust instruction accordingly
• Support system installations and go-live events with on-site clinical assistance
• Maintain relationships with clinical staff and internal teams to promote product adoption
