Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking a Clinical Educator to deliver high-quality clinical education, product training, and implementation support for patient monitoring solutions across acute care environments. This is a field-based role that partners with healthcare providers to ensure confident adoption, effective use, and long-term success with Mindray patient monitoring technology.

The Clinical Educator works independently while collaborating with sales, service, technical support, and project

Qualifications

• Active RN license with acute care experience.
• BSN preferred; other nursing degrees with 5+ years accepted.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience using cardiac monitoring in acute care settings.
• Strong clinical education and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-services across the patient monitoring portfolio, tailoring to clinical workflows and learning needs.
• Provide hands-on clinical training across hospital departments and care settings.
• Assess education needs across nursing units and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Support system installations and go-live events with on-site clinical guidance.
