Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in Philadelphia North. You will train physicians, clinicians and technicians on therapeutic and diagnostic Terumo TIS products, acting as a clinical liaison to support company initiatives and ensure proper product utilization across procedures.

The role requires strong medical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 70% for customer visits, seminars, and training events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience in cath lab or interventional radiology
• Technical or professional health licensure or a health sciences degree
• Ability to train physicians, clinicians and technicians on product use and protocols

Responsibilities

• Train internal and external customers on proper technique and use of Terumo TIS products
• Serve as clinical and technical liaison with customers and internal teams
• Communicate with marketing and sales to address clinical issues
• Operate simulation equipment and support vessel model units during events and courses
• Develop and maintain clinical communications to support product utilization
• Support problem resolution with sales, marketing and customers
• Assist in seminars and symposia and courses
• Visit key customers to evaluate products and maintain relationships
• Ensure clinical compatibility between Terumo products for procedural use
• Contribute feedback through Product Performance Reporting processes
• Adhere to FDA and Terumo policies and maintain patient safety and product quality
