Job summary

Aneuvo is seeking a Product Support Engineer to help customers and clinicians use our neuromodulation hardware, embedded systems, firmware, and companion software effectively. You will troubleshoot device behavior, interpret logs, guide clinical workflows, and provide remote or onsite training to ensure devices perform reliably and safely in real‑world settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in hardware/embedded systems.
• Experience supporting medical devices or regulated hardware.
• Strong log analysis and diagnostic skills.
• Clear, empathetic communication with clinicians and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 support for neuromodulation systems and software.
• Diagnose device behavior, sensor performance, and firmware interactions.
• Guide users through setup, calibration, and firmware updates.
• Perform hardware and firmware troubleshooting using logs and diagnostics.
• Document issues and resolutions in a regulated documentation system.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering with reproducible cases.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, and QA teams for field insights.
• Support verification, release testing, and validation activities.
• Deliver remote and onsite training on device operation and safety.
• Maintain detailed case logs and timely follow-ups.
• Suggest workflow and tooling improvements for reliability.
