Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in communicating with plaintiffs, defendants, attorneys, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Receive service documents and route them for efficient service.
• Post or serve summonses, writs, or other documents within Jackson County.
• Coordinate with law enforcement when needed for service.
• Complete accurate entries into StreetSmart and related reports.
• Maintain safety and comply with department policies and laws.
• Answer inquiries regarding service and court procedures.
