Responsibilities

• Process case files and initiate new cases.
• Review judgments and prepare warrants, summonses, docket entries.
• Handle accounting duties and prepare financial reports.
• Provide information and customer assistance in person, by phone, or email.
• Prepare court documents and coordinate document flow.
• Swear in litigants and operate recording equipment.
• Prepare juror lists and manage juror payments.
• Resolve discrepancies with filings.
• Assist with on-the-job training for staff.
• Enter orders and interact with the public in a timely manner.
