Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer to lead assessments of DoWEA Pacific Region site infrastructure across multiple campuses and military installations. The role requires extensive travel for on-site evaluations, data collection, and asset reconciliation across geospatial datasets. The successful candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering, five years of field experience, and ideally a PE license or EIT credential.

Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain clearances.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating complex civil site infrastructure on institutional facilities.
• Ability to apply USACE BUILDER methodology to site components.
• Estimate material quantities and tag geospatial data for inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) of site infrastructure and evaluate drainage, pavement, walkways, and utility distribution.
• Enter collected data into the Enterprise Sustainment Management System (E-SMS) within 90 days of site visits.
• Verify Real Property information and capture geospatial photos with accurate coordinates and timestamps.
• Track below-ground assets and reflect differences in host installation records for reconciliation.
• Support Facility Utilization Surveys by updating site features within property lines.
• Document deficiencies with photos and comments to support DAM system and lifecycle planning.
