Responsibilities

• Visiting worksites regularly to build trust and programs through Christian ministry.
• Provide pastoral conversations and referrals for employee and family needs.
• Assist in funerals, grief support, and post-termination care as needed.
• Represent ministry services to clients and participate in new employee orientation.
• Coordinate with executives to respond to company needs within agreed scope.
