Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead field-based driver recruiting across the United States. You will engage CDL drivers, partner with schools and communities, and align recruiting with operations and safety requirements.

You will travel frequently to priority markets, manage the full lifecycle of driver candidates, and help build a sustainable driver pipeline for local, regional, and nationwide roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, transportation, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including CDL-A drivers.
• Proven success in high-volume driver recruiting in logistics.
• Ability to develop field-based and community recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted driver recruiting strategies in assigned markets.
• Act as field-based recruiting presence at truck stops, CDL schools, and events.
• Build partnerships with CDL schools, workforce organizations, and community partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, P&O, Safety, and Marketing on recruiting plans.
• Track recruiting activity and adjust strategies based on results.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance.
