Fabcon is hiring a permanent full-time caulking laborer in Toledo, OH to seal precast concrete panels as part of a caulk crew. The role runs 7:00 am–5:00 pm Monday–Friday with overtime opportunities and travel as needed.

Safety gear reimbursement is provided along with a competitive hourly wage. Requirements include construction experience (caulking preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.

Formación

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions.
• Ability to safely work at heights, including from ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Ability to obtain membership in a local union.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel 50% or more of the time, and work overtime as required.
• Ability to traverse uneven ground, move materials weighing at least 50 pounds, and climb onto flatbed semi-trailers.
• Spatial awareness and depth perception necessary to perform field duties safely.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions and around dirt, dust, and noise from heavy machinery and vehicles.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct.

To provide caulking and general construction labor tasks, in an efficient and safe manner, as part of a crew caulking precast concrete panels.

Salary Range: $39–$45/hour
