Job summary

Fabcon, a leading precast concrete manufacturer with facilities across six states, is hiring for a permanent full-time caulking and general construction laborer. Join a crew that seals precast panels, works 7:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, and offers safety reimbursements and overtime.

The role pays $39–$45/hour and requires construction experience and the ability to travel up to 50% overnight. Candidates should have at least two years of construction or manual labor experience, a high school

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions.
• Ability to safely work at heights, including from ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Ability to obtain membership in a local union.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel 50% or more of the time, and work overtime as required.
• Ability to traverse uneven ground, move materials weighing at least 50 pounds, and climb onto flatbed semi-trailers.
• Spatial awareness and depth perception necessary to perform field duties safely.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions and around dirt, dust, and noise from heavy machinery and vehicles.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct.

To provide caulking and general construction labor tasks, in an efficient and safe manner, as part of a crew caulking precast concrete panels.
