Responsibilities

• Performs tasks on all areas and aspects of construction projects.
• Coordinates with Project Manager and/or Office Staff for material needed to complete work.
• Lays out, measures, plans and executes work activities: steel stud/wood framing, drywall, ceilings, doors, hardware, demolition.
• Completes material take-offs to assist with estimating and material ordering.
• Reads blueprints and follows design specifications.
• Proficient with power and hand tools.
