McCarthy & Stone is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to deliver a new care and lifestyle service across Bradford, Huddersfield and Leeds. You will supervise Mobile Care Assistants and Lifestyle Support staff, ensure compliance with CQC and care standards, and help residents maintain independence.

You will supervise care plans, manage staff rosters, and cover calls at short notice where needed. A Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required, Level 3 preferred, with a valid car

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory care experience in the community/field/home care.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willing to work towards Level 3.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience in completing and updating care plans and risk assessments.
• Excellent understanding of elderly care and independent living in later life.

Mansioni

• Support the Registered Care Manager with growth, management and delivery of care services.
• Ensure services are safe, high quality and compliant with regulations and policies.
• Supervise and develop Mobile Care Assistants and Lifestyle Support staff; oversee training and appraisals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain best practice and accurate care records.
• Deliver excellent service to residents, gather feedback and attend development meetings.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and report to authorities and compliance team.
• Provide short-notice cover for care calls and alternate weekends.
• Clock visits in/out and update careline app on mobile.
• Maintain work records and travel expense receipts.
