Job summary

Agincare Group in Medway is seeking a Home Carer to support clients with daily routines and personal care in their own homes. You'll provide companionship, assist with shopping, meals, and medication, and help people live independently with dignity.

No prior care experience is required; we offer full training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, on-demand pay, mileage reimbursement, and a pension. A UK driving licence is required, and you must have the right to work in the UK.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care


• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea


• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation


• Helping with medication

About you:

Above all, we're looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others. You don't need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You'll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others


• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships


• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset


• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)


• A full UK driving licence
