Crystal Clean, LLC is seeking a Car Wash Maintenance Service Technician to support a nationwide service program by performing scheduled maintenance and repair services for car wash equipment across an assigned regional territory.

This field role emphasizes safety, customer relationships, and timely documentation of EPA compliance on mobile devices, with opportunities to train sales and service teams and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years in vacuum truck operations or related service/industrial equipment operations.
• Knowledge of vacuum truck operation, pump systems, and pressure washing equipment.
• Strong time management and multi-project deadline skills; excellent communication and CRM.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repair services for car wash equipment across assigned territory.
• Safely operate vacuum truck, pumps, pressure washers, and related equipment.
• Complete EPA compliance documentation on a mobile device.
• Collaborate with Regional/Branch Managers to deliver high-quality service.
• Implement service and safety protocols, maintenance schedules, and best practices.
• Provide technical training to sales and service teams.
