LeafHome in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to educate homeowners about LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement. You will conduct quick street-side inspections, identify challenges, and guide customers toward Leaf Home solutions.

You will generate leads, schedule in-person demonstrations, and report results to management while representing Leaf Home professionally in outdoor settings daily.

Field Sales Representative with Leaf Filter

Job Summary

Target earnings: $55,000 to $100,000+

As a Leaf Home Field Sales Representative, you will provide potential customers with your expertise and educate them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. Through a quick home inspection from the street, we will teach you how to identify potential homeowner challenges for which Leaf Home has the solution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
