Leaf Home, LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. You will conduct quick home inspections from the street to identify challenges and present Leaf Home solutions.

You will generate leads, work an assigned territory, and report results daily while engaging prospects with a consultative selling approach. The role requires outdoor work, walking and standing for long periods, and the ability to evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required.

As a Leaf Home Field Sales Representative, you will provide potential customers with your expertise and educate them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement.
