DaBella in Placerville, CA is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, drive lead generation, and coach teammates to achieve targets. This hands-on role blends frontline leadership with tactical execution.

The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, willingness to work outdoors, and the ability to manage daily field operations, onboarding new staff, and maintaining safety standards while delivering results.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
