DaBella in Washington state is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front, support a growing team, and drive field marketing success. You’ll knock on doors with your team, set up free inspections and estimates, and recruit new canvassers.

This active, outdoors role requires strong communication, resilience to rejection, and dependable transportation. You’ll mentor peers, track daily activity, and collaborate with leadership to improve outreach.

Qualifications

• Active, boots-on-the-ground role requiring regular walking.
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Availability Monday–Saturday.
• Must use a personal cell phone for work communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard new canvassers.
• Coach and mentor team members with actionable feedback.
• Track daily activities and team performance.
• Coordinate outreach strategies with leadership.
