Job summary

DaBella in Bremerton, WA is seeking a driven Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team and drive lead generation. You will recruit, train, coach, and manage the team to meet and exceed targets while maintaining a high standard of customer engagement.

You will supervise door-to-door outreach, schedule appointments, and report on performance metrics. This role is in-person, outdoor, and requires strong communication and a positive, energetic leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a field canvass team and achieving targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather.
• Available Monday–Saturday.
