Job summary

ETI Precision in Frederick, MD is seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team full-time. You will test, calibrate, and troubleshoot a variety of test and measurement instruments at customer sites, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and conformance to industry standards.

You will travel up to 80% to client sites, maintain meticulous calibration records, and communicate project updates while upholding safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform field calibrations.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% with overnight stays.
• Experience or interest in metrology or calibration fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate calibrations at customer sites in Frederick, MD and nearby areas.
• Perform routine and complex calibration on various instruments per procedures.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather required information.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support projects and improve processes.
