Responsibilities

• Will be able to perform calibration
• Basic repair of precision test equipment
• Remain focused on utilizing mechanical dimensional measuring instruments

Requirements

• Good level of accuracy
• Mechanically astute technician

• A friendly and positive attitude

Preferred experience

• Pressure, torque, thermodynamics, weight/force, dimensional measurements including ULMs, micrometers, calipers, gauge blocks, and other distance/height gauges
• Previous work involving optical comparators and CMMs
• Electrical or electronic calibration experience
• Practical experience in evaluating tolerance gauges with the ability to research and adapt varying modalities
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 and gauge management software is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of calibration experience
