Job summary

Highline Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Broadband Technician in Fairplay, CO. This is not a remote role and requires field work installing, maintaining, and servicing voice, video (CATV/IPTV) and broadband services over copper, fiber, and wireless networks.

The candidate will diagnose issues, coordinate with other departments, assist with new revenue opportunities, and travel as needed. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical college degree in electronics, fiber optics or telecom preferred.
• Network+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service voice, video (CATV/IPTV) and broadband services over copper, fiber and wireless networks.
• Coordinate with other departments to update records and billing.
• Travel as necessary to meet business demands.
• Occasional on-call support for outages.
• Perform copper and fiber splicing and maintenance.
