Job summary

Highline Services, LLC in Colorado City, CO is seeking a Broadband Technician to install, maintain, and service voice, video, and broadband networks. Duties include copper and fiber cabling, network devices, and home networking, with on-site field work and occasional travel.

You will work with a Lead Technician to perform installations, repairs, and documentation, respond to outages, and support customer LAN and telecom systems.

Qualifications

• Requires a combination of voice, data and video service installation and maintenance skills.
• Field technician role involving copper, fiber and wireless systems.
• Requires ability to document work orders and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, and video services (DSL, IPTV, Ethernet).
• Perform copper and fiber splicing and cable installations.
• Troubleshoot outages and provide on-call support as needed.
• Travel to job sites and work in various weather conditions.
• Maintain store/field equipment and maintain accurate network documentation.
