Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/consumer electronics brand. As an independent Brand Representative, you will act as a key liaison between the brand and retail store environments, conducting recurring in-store visits to perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail; professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to local stores.
• Own a smart device with internet (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecom or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, followed by follow-up visits and transitions into visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
