Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless and connectivity brand. As an independent Brand Representative, you will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits run one hour and occur twice per month, with total store count varying by market.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local stores.
• Own a smartphone with internet access (iOS/Android).
• Experience in wireless/telecom or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Brand Rep Certification must be completed before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and store conditions.
• Visit execution from audit to follow-ups and merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display and merchandising fixes with store staff.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit data.
