2020 Companies is seeking full-time Field Marketing Representatives to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations in Caryville, TN and surrounding territory. You will engage adults in one-on-one conversations, share offers, and drive brand awareness while traveling within the territory.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, events or promotional marketing preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable engaging consumers in a retail environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
