Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or events preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with consumers in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and consumer offers.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and incentives.
• Build relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey completion through reporting systems.
